Welcome to CareVoy, a service operated by APB Ventures LLC ("CareVoy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and transportation coordination services.

By using CareVoy, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

CareVoy provides non-emergency medical transportation coordination services. We:

  • Connect users with transportation providers
  • Facilitate ride scheduling and communication

We do not provide medical care or emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or
  • Using the service under supervision of a caregiver or authorized representative

4. No Medical Advice

CareVoy does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment

Any information provided is for coordination purposes only.

5. Transportation Disclaimer

CareVoy may work with third-party transportation providers. We do not guarantee:

  • Availability
  • Timeliness
  • Specific outcomes

To the extent permitted by law, CareVoy is not liable for:

  • Delays
  • Missed appointments
  • Actions of third-party drivers

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Be ready at scheduled pickup times
  • Ensure safe pickup/drop-off conditions

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CareVoy including one-time verification codes and transactional ride notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

7. Payments (if applicable)

If payments are introduced:

  • Fees will be disclosed before booking
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges

8. Privacy

Your use of CareVoy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APB Ventures LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or opportunity
  • Service interruptions

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse or abuse occurs
